aerial photo circa late 70s early 80s nyc. This is a garden/art installation which was located on Ludlow and Rivington streets. Anyone familiar with this area of the lower east side of Manhattan- note the gardens surroundings in this pic. Hard to imagine all that Free space. NY? .. whered ya go?.
